Competitions

Students that have an interest in boxing are trained by Fist of Gold coaches and volunteers to ensure they are properly equipped and understand the rules. USA Boxing Association sanctions all shows. Associations like Fist of Gold are able to acquire one to three dates a year for sanctioned events. Boxers are matched by weight and experience. A ring doctor is on hand at all events to ensure the boxers are medically fit to participate and any injuries are addressed immediately.
